9 Nov 2011: IVF #2: 5 embryos ( 8 cells x 4 embryo & 7 cells x 1 embryo )
26 Nov 2011: first transfer ( Spotting comes 4 days before Beta HCG blood test, fail )


2012
10 July 2012: second transfer ( Spotting comes 5 days before Beta HCG blood test, fail despite take injection on Progesterone when spotting discovered )
18 December 2012: Histology by Dr Paul Ng Hock Oon ( Pantai Bangsar Hospital, recommended by Dato Dr Prashant ) - 25mm tissue removed


2013
7 January 2013: IVF #3: 4 embryos ( 9 cells x 1 embryo, 8 cells x 3 embryo )
4 February 2013: Immediately after transfer, Progesterone injection for 3 times a week. Pregnant w HCG 5698, but bleeding starts from day 14 off embryo transferred. Weak to zero heartbeat, DNC on 6 March 2013 ( 6 weeks pregnancy )
July 2013: Remaining 2 transferred, fail, again spotting comes few days prior to the HCG test.
Immediately after transfer, Dr Helena gave Aspirin 100mg & Glycine 45 mg.
30 Aug 2013: CA 125: Result - no ovarian cancer
28 Sept 2013: IVF #4 ( Injection with new medicine, first shot last for 7 days…)
10 eggs, only 2 embryos ( 8 cells x 2 embryos )


GNRH Analogue treatment
After OPU, freeze all embryos
Period comes after about 1 week
Before the next period, injection on Diphereline P.R. 3.75mg
Period then comes on time
Take Progynova 2mg (Estradiol pills) about 14 days prior to transfer, scan along the way to confirm uterus lining is thicken to about 7.5 mm
Then only schedule embryo transfer
2 times Progesterone injection during 2 weeks bed rest period, No spotting until HCG test, but still fail.

Stop during IVF hormone injection.
